eLearning CE: Activity 3 - Carissa Liew (1)

a) What traits do they possess?
b) How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?

a) One of the traits a leader must possess is to have vision. They must have a clear mind on where they want to go, how will success look like and also how they are going to achieve it. That is not all; they must also share they're ideas with the teammates and most importantly act on it.
Another trait a leader possess is fairness. They must deal with the different members consistently and justly. In circumstances where members quarrel, they cannot jump into conclusions quickly but instead hear both sides out first before passing judgement.
Leaders must also possess responsibility. They must understand that they are responsible for the group. When others did something wrong, leaders can't just push the blame. Instead they also must take responsibility in the punishment.

b) A good leader should remain calm when in stressful situations. After they are must more composed, they then should start analyzing the situation and then decide what actions should he/she act on. A good leader will never make rash decisions or not make any decisions at all under these situations.
