Research on the lives of a leader

Good leaders have desire and willpower to achieve their goals. They do not give up easily but work hard and think of different ways to solve problems if they are stuck.  Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills. A leader understands himself and his followers. He/she knows what each person can or cannot do. A leader can also communicate well with his followers verbally and non-verbally. He/she sets good examples for his followers and gives clear instructions. A leader is also proficient in what he/she and his/her followers' jobs. Leaders encourage and help their followers and care for their well-being. Last but not least, a leader must be responsible for himself/herself, his/her followers and their task.

When leaders face a crisis and are under stress, they will try to remain calm and analyse the situation. If needed, they will consult their superiors. They will tell their followers what is happening and explain his solution. Then, he will carefully guide his followers out of the crisis. The most important thing that leaders do in times of crisis is that they do not panic. They stay calm and this helps them to think better.
