What is a leader?

Basically, a leader is someone who leads others. 

What makes some one a leader?

A leader has special traits and characteristics.This sets them, apart from others.They are either born with this characteristics while some develop it as they improve as leaders.

A leader

• Has Integrity. 
• Is positive. 

Leadership Skills

A leader must also have leadership skills

• Effective communication - A leader's communication must move people to work toward the goal the leader has chosen.
• Motivation - A leader knows how to make everyone really want to do their best to achieve the leader's goal.
• Planning - the leader has a plan to achieve the goal. He/she doesn't get too bogged down in the details, that's what managers are for, but rather uses a high level plan to keep everyone moving together toward the goal.
